There is the tired that sleep fixes, and then there's the other kind.
The one that a good night never quite touches. You’re capable, you get things done, people rely on you, and from the outside everything looks fine.
But your mind won’t switch off, your body feels constantly on edge, and somewhere along the way you stopped feeling quite like yourself.
You've tried to think your way out of it, the books, the podcasts, trying to find better ways to manage everything, but nothing quite shifts.
What if there was another way, one that didn't mean pushing harder.

You don't have to think your way through everything.
When you're used to holding it all together, slowing down doesn't always come naturally.
You can know you need to rest, tell yourself to relax, and still feel like you're running at full speed. That's where breathwork comes in.
Your breathing is something you can work with directly. By changing how you breathe, you can help your body begin to settle, even when your mind hasn't quite caught up.
The more you practise, the more you begin to recognise what your body needs, instead of automatically pushing past it.
Sometimes the way forward isn't to do more. It's to give yourself room to slow down.
It might begin with something simple.
A quieter mind at the end of the day. Sleeping a little better. Finding that moment to pause before reacting. But over time, there's the possibility of something more.
You start noticing how you actually feel, instead of automatically pushing it aside.
You become more aware of what you need. You begin to trust yourself again, rather than always looking outside yourself for the answers.
Life doesn't suddenly become less demanding.
But you can begin to move through it differently, without losing yourself in everything you're carrying.
Regulation is how you get in the door. Coming home to yourself is where it leads.

I've been there too
I didn't come to breathwork from a wellness studio. I found it while working in the same kind of pressure you're navigating.
For years I've worked in the construction industry, managing demanding projects, deadlines, people and expectations. I know what it's like to be the capable one, to keep everything moving, and to look like you've got it all together even when it doesn't feel that way on the inside.
Breathwork helped me recognise how much I'd been holding, reconnect with what I was feeling, and find a different way of moving through life.
And that's what I want to share with you.
I am a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, trained through Seven Directions, and a qualified Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor. I bring together what I've learned through my training and coaching programs with what I've experienced in my own life.
I'm not here to teach you how to cope with more. I'm here to help you find your way back to yourself.
